  4. If the above situations are normal, then the ignition switch device is faulty.
2. Food Rotating Spindle Does Not Turn
Reason:
Motor malfunction.
Solution:
  1. Check if the power outlet is supplying electricity normally.
  2. Check if the power switch indicator light is on. If the power indicator light is on, then it is a motor malfunction.
3. Uneven Heating/Burning
Reason:
The product's structural characteristics cause heat to rise upwards.
Solution:
It is recommended to lower the heat and extend the heating/baking time to ensure even heat distribution on the food.
4. Flame from the Burner
Reason:
  1. Impure fuel.
  2. Inappropriate fuel type.
  3. The bottom air intake holes are blocked, preventing sufficient air from entering.
  4. Ignition device malfunction.
Solution:
  1. Please check if the fuel is pure. Impurities in the fuel can affect the degree of combustion.
  2. Please check if the fuel type is appropriate. Inappropriate fuel types cannot correctly match the ignition device, leading to incomplete combustion and visible flame.
  3. Please check to ensure that the bottom air intake holes are unobstructed.
  4. The ignition device malfunction is causing incomplete fuel combustion and visible flame. Please contact us to replace the ignition device.
5. Missing Accessories
Reason:
  1. Accessories were omitted during production packaging.
  2. Lost during logistics.
  3. In the case of a second sale, the user did not return all accessories.
Solution:

Reason:
