Pizza Oven

1: The unit doesn't power on or heat up

1 First, check if the power outlet is functioning properly and the power plug is securely connected.
2 Check whether the power switch indicator light and the heating indicator light are on.
If the power switch indicator is off, the switch may be faulty.

If the power switch indicator is on but the heating indicator is off, the thermostat may be faulty.

If both indicators are on but there is no heat, the heating element may be faulty.

2: Poor heating performance

The product is designed for the internal temperature to rise quickly.
We recommend setting a lower temperature with a longer heating time based on the type of food. This allows more even heat distribution.
If your model features dual thermostats (upper/lower), please adjust the temperatures individually according to the characteristics of your ingredients.

3: The light is not turning on

1 Check if the power plug is securely connected.
2 Check if the heating tube is working and receiving power.
If both are working properly, the issue is likely with the heating indicator light or the interior lamp.

4: The power switch is not working

1 First, confirm the power outlet is functioning and the plug is securely connected.
2 Check whether the power switch indicator light or the interior lamp is on.
If the outlet is working but the indicators are off, then the power switch may be faulty.

5: Circuit trips / short circuit issue

You’ll need to open the unit and check if any internal wires are loose or if any wire terminals have melted.
Loose or damaged wires may come into contact with the metal housing, causing a short circuit and tripping the breaker.
