Reason:
1. The amount of fructose is too little, lower than the liquid level sensor and temperature control sensor.
2. The power socket is not powered;
3. Switch failure
4. Power cord failure
5. Thermostat failure
6. Heating plate failure
Solution:
1. Please make sure that the amount of fructose added is not lower than the liquid level sensor and temperature control sensor.
2. First check whether the socket is powered normally and whether the power plug is loose;
3. Check whether the switch indicator light is powered on;
If the socket is powered normally and the switch indicator light is not on, it is a switch or power cord failure;
If the switch indicator light is powered on normally, it is a thermostat or heating plate failure.
Reason:
Low power of heating plate
Solution:
If you are heating frozen fructose that has just been taken out of the refrigerator, it is recommended to extend the heating time.
Reason:
1. The fructose temperature is lower than the default room temperature (23°C) of the device or the user-set temperature, or it is in the heating process
2. The sugar outlet is blocked
3. The discharge port or discharge pipe is blocked
4. The pump is blocked
5. Pump failure
Solution:
1. If the fructose temperature is lower than the default room temperature (23°C) of the device or the user-set temperature, the device will not pump out fructose. Please heat the fructose to the default temperature (23°C) of the device or the user-set temperature before pumping out fructose.
Please note: the device will not pump out fructose during the heating process.
2. Unscrew the sugar outlet and clean it;
3. Check whether there are fruit particles blocking the discharge port. Please add water to heat it to 50°C or try to add 50°C warm water. Turn on the device, press the CONTINUNE/STOP button for more than 3 seconds, and cycle for multiple times to discharge the material to melt and discharge the fructose that is solidified and blocked in the discharge pipe and pump.
4. If fructose cannot be pumped out after the third step is completed.
Please check whether you can hear the sound of the pump working. If so, the pump is blocked. The pump can be removed and the blockage at the pump port can be cleaned; if the sound of the pump working cannot be heard, it is a pump failure.
Reason : Key panel failure
Solution:
1. First check whether the socket is powered normally and whether the power plug is loose;
2. Check whether the switch indicator light is powered on;
If the socket is powered normally and the switch indicator light is not on, then the key panel is faulty.
Reason: Short circuit trip
Solution:
The device needs to be opened to check whether the internal connection wires are disconnected or the terminal blocks are melted, causing the internal circuits to connect to the metal casing, resulting in a short circuit and tripping.
