1. Not Working/Not Heating/No Heat
Reason:

  3. Power outlet is not supplying electricity.
  4. Switch malfunction.
  5. Thermostat malfunction.
  6. Heating element malfunction.
  7. Relay malfunction.
Solution:
  1. Regularly check if the water level is sufficient. The water level should not be below MIN LEVEL and not exceed MAX LEVEL.
  2. Follow the reset switch operation instructions. Open the black cover of the reset switch and check if the pointer has popped out. If the pointer has popped out, press it down to reset.

If the power outlet is supplying electricity and the power switch indicator light, light, or heating indicator light is not on, it is a switch malfunction. If the switch indicator light or heating indicator light is on, it is a thermostat, relay, or heating element malfunction. In this case, open the bottom cover and check if the relay inside the device is malfunctioning (check the appearance of the relay to determine if it has been burned out due to overheating).
