The 26QT 3-in-1 rotisserie oven gives each area a different role. Use the top griddle for eggs, steak, or sausages, the center rotisserie for chicken, fish, or ribs, and the bottom tray for vegetables such as zucchini or mushrooms.
Choose the top griddle for pan-frying, the center area for rotating, grilling, and roasting, and the bottom tray for baking vegetables or catching drippings during rotisserie cooking.
The 26QT capacity is designed for everyday portions while keeping the oven compact enough for countertops with limited space. It is especially practical for couples and smaller households rather than large-group cooking.
This compact rotisserie oven is well suited to couples and small families of about 2–3 people who regularly cook smaller portions of meat, vegetables, breakfast foods, or side dishes.
A basic rotisserie mainly focuses on rotating meat. This model adds a top pan-fry area and bottom baking area, giving you more ways to prepare eggs, sausages, meats, vegetables, and sides in one countertop appliance.
The temperature control adjusts up to 446°F / 230°C, with 1800W heating for everyday roasting, grilling, pan-frying, and baking.
The rotating spit continuously turns food during cooking so different sides are exposed to heat. This helps promote more even browning and reduces the need to manually turn the food.
An off-center or uneven load can cause wobbling or unstable rotation. Secure the food firmly between the forks, center the weight, and distribute it as evenly as possible for smoother rotation.
For the current product setup, keep the rotisserie load within 3 lb and balance the food evenly around the spit. Proper loading helps the motor rotate more smoothly and reduces wobbling.
The manual gives reference times such as 5–8 minutes for fried eggs, 33–38 minutes for whole chicken, 25–28 minutes for fish or pork ribs, and 15–18 minutes for tender vegetables. Cooking time can vary with food size, thickness, starting temperature, and desired doneness.
Before first use, remove all packaging, clean and dry the removable cooking parts, then run the empty oven at 446°F for 20 minutes in a well-ventilated area.
A small amount of smoke or odor can occur as residual protective oil burns off during the initial heating cycle. Keep the room well ventilated and allow the oven to cool before cooking food.
The oven uses a temperature knob, a 60-minute timer knob, and a separate rotisserie switch, so heat, cooking time, and spit rotation can be controlled independently.
When the selected cooking time expires, the timer rings and shuts off the heating power, helping you avoid leaving the oven heating indefinitely under normal timed operation.
No. The interior light and clear glass viewing door let you monitor cooking progress without frequently opening the oven. Keeping the door closed helps reduce unnecessary heat loss.
It serves both purposes. Use the pull-out bottom tray to bake vegetables and side dishes, or position it below the rotisserie to catch grease and food drippings during roasting.
Yes. The manual recommends lining the bottom tray with aluminum foil when baking. This helps contain food residue and grease and makes cleanup easier afterward.
The rotisserie spit and bottom tray are removable, making it easier to clean food residue and grease after cooking.
Unplug the oven and let it cool completely first. Clean the spit, griddle, tray, and oven cavity with a soft cloth and mild detergent, then dry all parts thoroughly before the next use.
Do not use gasoline, bleach, abrasive cleaners, or steel wool. These materials can damage the surfaces and are not recommended in the user manual.
Yes. The compact 26QT countertop design is intended for kitchens where counter space matters but you still want roasting, pan-frying, and baking functions. Leave at least 4 inches at the sides and 6 inches above for ventilation and safe operation.
It is better suited to everyday meals for couples and small families. The compact capacity and 3 lb rotisserie loading guideline make it more practical for routine portions than for preparing large amounts of food for a party.
A practical combination would be sausages or eggs on the top griddle, chicken or fish in the center rotisserie area, and zucchini or mushrooms on the bottom tray. The three cooking areas give you more flexibility when preparing a main dish with sides.
Yes. The countertop design makes it useful as a secondary cooking appliance when your main oven or stovetop is already occupied. You can use it for a smaller roast, fish, vegetables, sides, or other everyday dishes.
It is especially useful for small households, apartment kitchens, couples, and home cooks who frequently prepare smaller portions of roasted meat with vegetables or sides. The combination of rotisserie, pan-fry, and baking functions gives it more flexibility than a single-purpose rotisserie.
