1. Material of the Sealing Film

2.Installation of the Sealing Film
1.Identify the parts of the machine.
2.Put the splint into both sides of the film to keep it in place.
3.Place the film into the right iron tube, ensuring the film's position is correct.
4.Insert the flat into the tube to secure the film.
5.Insert the spring into the tube and lock it with the tightening mechanism.
6.Pass the film through the machine as shown in the manual.
7.Ensure the black dot aligns with the electronic eye for proper sensor detection.
8.Align the slit of the roller with the hole for correct positioning.
9.Roll the waste from the inner insert and place the iron bar into the round and bolt hole position.
10.Cover the splint and align the hole with the end of the iron bar.
11.Tighten the screw with a screwdriver to secure everything in place.
12.Insert the flat into the tube one more time.
13.Lock the flat before successful installation.

3.Fully Transparent Sealing Film (Without Inductive Cursor)
Press and hold the "Sound" button for 3 seconds to enter the parameter adjustment mode. Use a short press of the "Sound" button to select P005 mode. Adjust the parameter to 25 using the ▲▼ buttons (recommended parameter). If you switch back to a sealing film with a color cursor, adjust the parameter to 0. 4. How to Resolve Abnormal Film Cutting Caused by Weather Conditions
Due to the temperature differences with weather Environmental conditions might affect the sealing untight frequently. There are 3 ways to solve the issue: 1. Press & Hold the "Sound" Button for 3 secs. Press ▲ the"Sound" button again to select P001 mode, adjust the to rise the temperature 2. Press & Hold the "Sound" Button for 3 secs. Press ▲ the"Sound" button again to select P003 mode, adjust the to raise the cup sealing time 3. Press & Hold the "Sound" Button for 3 secs. Press ▲▼ the"Sound" button again to select P006 mode, adjust the parameter to "ON", turn on the repeated sealing mode

2. Selecting the Appropriate Aluminum Rim for Sealing
HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT ALLUMIUM RING? Cup with Diameter of 3-3/4 inches does not need rings The 2 aluminum rings provided are fully adapted to different cup shapes in the market. Follow the following conditions to choose the appropriate aluminum ring.

3. How to Re-Seal Cups with Poor Sealing
RESEAL CUPS IF SEALING NOT TIGHT BY CHANCE? 1. Press“Auto”switch to repair leaking mode，Green indicator light wil flash. 2. Press "START" to start. The machine will reseal for once & will not cover the new sealing film. 3. After the sealing complete, it will automatically return to the previous working mode.

1. Adjusting the Cup Holder Height
ADJUST THE HEIGHT OF THE CUP HOLDER? Machines only adapt the cup height from 90-190mm Please adjust the height according to the cup height. Use the tool to adjust these two screws.

2.Suitable Temperature for Sealing
CHOOSE THE RIGHT TEMPERATURE TO SEAL? Manufactural setting is 180C, widely applicable. Consider to the temperature difference,sealing film material thickness and composition, etc. Please refer to the following suggestion to adjust the temperature: PP Sealing Film Temperature Range：160-200°C PET Sealing Film Temperature Range：180-200°C PLA Sealing Film Temperature Range：140-160°C

3.How to Adjust Machine Settings to Resolve Loose Sealing in Batch Production
Due to differences in weather and environmental conditions, when you encounter poor batch sealing effects, you can try the following three ways to solve this problem: a. Press and hold the "Sound" key for 3 seconds to enter the parameter adjustment mode, short press the "Sound" key to select P001, and use ▲▼ to increase the sealing temperature; b. Alternatively, press and hold the "Sound" key for 3 seconds to enter the parameter adjustment mode, short press the "Sound" key to select P003, and use ▲▼ to increase the sealing time; c. Alternatively, press and hold the "Sound" key for 3 seconds to enter the parameter adjustment mode, short press the "Sound" key to select P006, and use ▲▼ to adjust the parameter to "ON" to start repeated sealing;

4.Machine Parameter Adjustment
P001: Used for temperature adjustment, Range: 0-230°C, Default Value is 180°C.
P002: Contains 2 modes: ON/OFF. ON allows for clear data usage; OFF/CLEAR cannot be cleared (CLEAR key lock), and the default is OFF.
P003: Adjusts sealing time for cups, Range: 0-50, Default Parameter: 15, Each Valve represents 0.1 seconds.
P004: Cup pushing in time, Range: 0-30, Default set: 15.
P005: Cup launching time, Range: 0-60, Default set: 0.
P006: Re-seal mode, repeats sealing twice. Default is OFF, choose when the weather is cold. For detailed instructions and adjustments, please consult the user manual provided with your machine.

1. Sealing film pattern not centered
FILM PATTERN IS NOT CENTERED?
There are various sensor cursor lengths of sealing films on the market. If you are concerned about not centering issue while sealing. Please adjust the electric monitor to solve the issue: >If the sealed pattern to the right, adjust the electronic monitor downwards >If the sealed pattern to the left, adjust the electronic monitor upwards


2. Solving abnormal film cutting issues
PP Sealing Film Ensure the waste or dirt material to the blade & clean it on time Reduce the sealing temperature lower if the sealing film is sticky after cuting Increase the sealing temperature if the sealing film tears after cutting Press & Hold the "Sound" Button for 3 seconds. Press the "Sound" button to select P003 mode, adjust the ▲ ▼ sealing time to better integrate the cup & film



3. How to resolve machine overheating - melting cups issue
RESOLVING OVERHEATED & CUPS MELTING? Machine Overheat Maintance

3. Press & Hold the "Sound" Button for 3 seconds. Press the "Sound" button again to sele ct to P001 mode, reduce the sealing temperature



4. How to clean the sealing machine
Daily Cleaning Heating Plate Cleaning:
Use the soaked soft cloth to clean it to keep the regular sealing effect Blade Cleaning: Apply the Red silicone Plug to the workplace hole. Add in Warm water/ Soap water, Long press [PAUSE] for 3 seconds. Blade Cleaning Process will be clean for 5 times before exit. Weekly Cleaning Electronic Monitor Cleaning: Use a wet soft cloth to clean the groove every week to maintain sensitivity. Cup Holder Maintenance: Apply the proper amount of grease on the bearing & guide rails to ensure the stability of the machine.


5. Machine Reset
Press "Sound" for 3 seconds to enter the parameter adjustment mode. Press "Sound" to cycle through the selection mode: P001-P006. Use "▲" and "▼" to adjust the value. Press "ROLLING/CANCEL" to save the setting and return to the working interface. Resetting your machine to the default settings can help resolve various operational issues and ensure optimal performance.

2.Installation of the Sealing Film

1. Install the sealing film between the two circular sealing film baffles. 
2. Place it at the right side optical axis of the machine.
3. Insert the spring into the designated slot.
4. Use the clips to press and hold the shaft tightly.
5. Screw the roller at the left side optical axis of the machine.
6. Install the sealing film by pulling the film through the heating plate to the roller, and align and install the straight aluminum rods and spacers.
7. Align and insert the spacer into the correct position.
8. Insert another spring into the mechanism.
9. Pinch both ends of the spring, insert it into the shaft to compress it into place.

c.Machine Parameter Adjustment
P001: Used for temperature adjustment. The suggested setting is 180°C. Use the "▲" or "▼" buttons to adjust the temperature between 100°C and 230°C.
P002: Used to determine if the counting function should be cleared or not. Suggested setting is OFF (counting is not cleared). Set to ON to clear the counting.
P003: Used for time setting of sealing. The default suggestion is 1.2 seconds, with each unit representing 0.1 seconds.
P004: Used for time setting of the cup. The default suggestion is 1 second, with each unit representing 0.1 seconds.
P005: Used for time setting of film receiving. The default suggestion is 2.5 seconds, with each unit representing 0.1 seconds. For more detailed instructions, please refer to the user manual that came with your machine.

Power off the machine and ensure it is completely cooled down to avoid any risk of burns. Open the machine's casing and locate the flat cable responsible for connecting the circuit board to the display. Reinsert the cable firmly into its port. Please refer to the attached images for guidance. If the error persists after following these steps, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.  

7. Safety Switch
Solution
1. Power off the machine and ensure it is completely cooled down.
2. Open the machine's front side panel to access the alarm connection wires.
3. Disconnect the safety door alarm wires as shown in the attached video.
